Our WMS electronically manages all possible flows: In- and Outbound, 
storage and handling. Communication with our customers is done via EDI for uploading orders, downloading confirmations, downloading stock images and feeding ERP systems.

Depending on the different products, the goods are stored in the most appropriate storage location (block stacking, pallet racks or roller conveyor racks).
The WMS generates FIFO or FEFO picking, automatic pallet allocation (ABC analysis) and has multiple reporting tools.
We prepare orders from pallet picking to piece picking.
All items are RF scanned to assure on-line track & trace as well as a guaranteed correctness of the outbound orders.
For several of our customers we have agreed SLA's & KPI's which will be internally & externally audited.
All rates are calculated with an activity based costing model.  This ABC model is linked with PER (productivity efficiency ratio) and resource planning.
